Automatic packing machine with thermo-sealing closure for fabric rolls with max. diameter 500 mm, nylon height max. 2400 mm.
The operation of the fabric roll packing machine is completed through the following steps:- Manual loading of the roll on the machine;- Cutting of the roll head on an unwinding unit equipped with an electric cutter;- Once in operation, the pusher will guide the roll on the nylon film;- Nylon welding along the entire length of the roll by means of sealing bars;- Extraction of the roll and unloading on the intermediate belt that will guide it on the side seal;- Automatic stop on the two sealing bars and time sealing on side heads with thermo-sealing device;- Unloading of the roll an accumulation table.
All operations are controlled by a P.L.C. SIEMENS installed in the electrical panel of the machine and everything happens in a constant cycle.
