Automatic frabic wrapping machine for fabric rolls with max. diameter 500 mm, nylon height max. 2400 mm.
The operation of the fabric wrapper is completed through the following steps:- Manual loading of the roll on a conveyor belt;- Entry into operation of the pusher that will guide the roll on the nylon film;- Nylon welding along the entire length of the roll by means of sealing bars;- Extraction and uploading of the roll on an intermediate belt will guide it on the side seal;- Entry into operation of the side sealing bars that will close the roll at the head;- Unloading of the roll on an accumulation table.
All operations are controlled by a P.L.C. SIEMES installed in the electrical panel of the machine and everything takes place in a constatnt cycle.
